We want you to be happy with your jewellery and beads. You are welcome to return any item of jewellery in original condition within 14 days of its despatch from us. Postage will not be refunded unless the goods were damaged or faulty.
You are welcome to return unwanted beads, findings and tools as long as they are in original condition and in original unopened packaging, are not a partial return of a quantity of beads or findings and they are returned within 14 days. Postage will not be refunded unless the goods were damaged or faulty.
Of course, we will replace faulty goods either by exchange or refund as you wish.
